Refunds & Returns

All of our baked goods are made fresh to order with care, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items. If there’s an issue with your order — such as damage during shipping or an incorrect item — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Signed books and non-perishable items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once items are received.
